Leverage one event into lasting impact

Recap films, dynamic b-roll, on-site interviews, and same-day edits that turn one weekend into years of content.

Event work for Hologic, SoulFest, Merchants Fleet, Bethel Music, and more.

What we make

We film for next year’s ticket sales.

The recap film has to perform: generate buzz, invite attendees, and inspire everyone who missed it to attend next year.

Recap & sizzle films

The film that sells next year, cut from the energy of this year.

Speaker & session capture

Keynotes, panels, and breakouts on multiple cameras to give the people who missed the event a chance to be in the room.

Same-day edits

Hype videos that sustain momentum, keep audiences engaged, and build excitement around the event as it unfolds.

Now screening

Selected event films

Music festivals, member conferences, and brand activations.

A photo finish

Merchants fleet came to us hoping to capture a one-time appearance of Taylor Barnard, F1 Formula E McLaren driver at their corporate event. We raced to the occasion.

We started working together in 2015 and haven't stopped. On every project, Handshake has kept us on schedule and in the know about project progress. And the end result has been strong engagement with the content, as seen in digital marketing metrics, viewership, and enhancements to the funding of the business. We’ve seen increases of 10%–25% in impressions and clicks.

How we work

Plan twice, film once

Most events happen only one time, so not only do we plan ahead to capture the magic. We remain on standby for the unplanned moments that make the event special.

Run-of-show planning

What the film needs, mapped against the actual schedule — including the moments that only happen once.

Multi-crew capture

Stage, crowd, detail, and interview coverage, planned so nothing important is unmanned.

Recap plus the rest

Hero recap, vertical clips, speaker cuts, and stills — most of it usable within days.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked before the first call.

It is driven by crew size and days on site more than anything else. We scope based on run of show and will tell you where a second camera earns its cost and where it does not.

Social clips within a few days, the hero recap typically within two weeks. Same-day edits are possible with a dedicated editor on site.

Event video is shot at your event and cut afterwards — recap films, highlight reels, speaker sessions, same-day edits for social or on-screen event playback. Event graphics are designed and animated before the doors open, and play on your screens during it: opens, walk-in loops, lower thirds, stage backdrops. This page is the first one; the second has a page of its own under Event Screen Graphics.

Yes — that is our event motion graphics service, on its own page. Most clients book both, and it is worth doing: when the same team designs the walk-in loop and cuts the recap, the look carries from the moment doors open through to the film you send afterwards.

Yes. We scale crew to the size of show and plan coverage so the moments that only happen once are never unmanned.
