The job posting nobody reads twice

Recruitment films that show what the work is really like, in a way that inspires the right people to apply.

What we make

The best recruitment film qualifies and inspires.

A hiring video that makes every job look like every other job attracts applicants who leave in six months. Showing the work honestly — including the hard parts — is what gets you the people who wanted this particular job.

Trusted by the Hollis Police Department

Making the case for a smaller department

As a small-town department, Hollis wasn’t going to compete by looking bigger, so we created a film that leaned into what made it unique: closer relationships, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact in the community they serve.

How we work

Highlighting the best your organization has to offer

Every organization has strengths, so we built a process around identifying and presenting those strengths in the most compelling way possible.

Role & audience definition

Who you need, what actually attracts them, what makes your organization unique, and the objections the film has to answer (explicitly or implicitly).

Filming on the job

Real shifts, real facilities, real staff — interviews and observational footage, not staged setups.

Campaign cuts

Hero film, per-role shorts, vertical social for where candidates actually are, and careers-page versions — whatever you need to find the right hire.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked before the first call.

Among the more affordable formats, since you are filming your own people in your own facilities. Cost rises with the number of locations and roles covered.

It varies, but we usually recommend no more than sixty to ninety seconds for the campaign film, with 15–30 second vertical cuts for social where most candidates first see it. Longer culture films have a place too, but mostly on careers pages.

Not separate shoots. One production across your facility usually yields a hero film plus several role-specific shorts, which convert better than one generic film.

Ah, our specialty. Yes, absolutely — with the right direction. We spend time up front briefing them on themes rather than verbatim lines and shoot people doing their actual work, which is far easier than being interviewed cold.
