Featuring work from super secret projects we can only share parts of.

What we make

Build a culture people want to be part of.

When internal storytelling is given the same care as customer-facing work, it can do more than communicate a message. It can strengthen connection, deepen engagement, support employee retention, and create more moments of pride and joy across the team.

Internal Viral Video

Full adoption made easy

We took a simple product announcement and made it an internal viral moment in an organization — galvanizing the entire team around established sales language and keeping them talking about it to this day.

Our video was a MASSIVE hit at our annual sales meeting. People still come up to me a year later talking about it. It was fun, we had a blast, but more importantly, it did the job. It solidified concepts in our reps mind and they recall it instantly. A rep could talk to me about a parasitic disease they had zero awareness of a year ago. The goal wasn’t to just make people laugh it was to make the product relatable to everyday life and the measure of that success is a year later sales team still use it as point of reference.

How we work

We make your employees the stars

Buy-in is easy when you cast the audience. People talk about it more, share it within the organization, and watch it again and again. (And don’t worry about the shy employees — we’ve gotten them involved too.)

What has to change

We start by identifying the key messages you want to communicate to your team, whether that’s about process, a new product, or a new vision for your company culture.

Filming around the work

Your real employees, real facilities, and real procedures — scheduled around your team’s availability.

Cuts for every room

The full film, module-length pieces, and short versions for every screen — from one employee’s laptop to the big screen at the yearly internal sales meeting.

Straight answers

Questions we get asked before the first call.

Usually, we recommend breaking things out into shorter modules. Three to six minutes per module, rather than one thirty-minute film. Splitting training by task lets someone rewatch the one thing they forgot instead of scrubbing through a feature.

Less than comparable customer-facing work, because it films in your facilities with your people. Cost primarily scales with the number of people, procedures, locations and languages.

Yes — most of this work is internal use only. We sign your agreement, restrict who handles the footage, and treat the finished film as unpublishable unless you clear specific frames.

Absolutely! In our experience, short modules, real colleagues on camera and an honest tone do more for completion rates than any mandate.
